      Great people and culture Manufacturering environment with unique refrigeration product Good management support Team players

      Cons

      Job security tough with parent company in Germany making decisions to consolidate and streamline functions. Becoming matrix type organization. Forward planning of new products do not follow a Product Life cycle and a well thought plan with risk analysis done to help the supply chain succeed. Low advancement opportunities right now.
