Everything else….they pay you at the rock bottom market value; especially if you are NOT their OWN people or the right ‘tone’. Benefits are rock bottom and their Managers are highly incompetent Payroll are clueless and always making mistakes amongst others that cannot mind their own business. They only have their ‘OWN’ people at the top, promote people with no merit except for the fact that they know people in high places and give salary increases to those they like just because. Lack of diversity, just look at their workforce on LinkedIn. It is not a company you can progress in especially if you are not their OWN.

- benefits are a joke - the decision makers who can enact change in the organisation especially in terms of salary and benefits are always silent. - salary much below industry standards. - there is nothing you can do, you are not listened to by higher ups.
