      - direct manager and team are amazing, but that doesn't speak to the company quality. - 30 days PTO

      Cons

      - benefits are a joke - the decision makers who can enact change in the organisation especially in terms of salary and benefits are always silent. - salary much below industry standards. - there is nothing you can do, you are not listened to by higher ups.
