Pros

This is a great company with very bright people designing and developing Equipment that when it left the building they had the client in mind. Great energy efficiency, engineered to never fail and welded to better then specifications and more precise then time.

Cons

Many complex designs with design deadlines in an open environment. Some at the top would have achieved more with "Hi hows your day" not a monitor check.
