Pros

I have worked for GEA more than 10 years. - Good working environment - Freedom for making decisions & take responsibility with it. That's huge advantage if you are keen to improve yourself. (to me, this is also career opportunities)

Cons

- It merges so many different companies together. That's a huge challenge for top management for standardization working process. (they are doing with OneGEA now, but to me, it's not achieved the goals) - OnceGEA, one of its idea was to break working silos mindset, but and then it created many more Silos now. Therefore, lot of (avoidable) obstructions for delivering projects/works.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoy the environment and opportunities at GEA. We are constantly working on streamlining our work processes. The improvement areas that you mentioned have also been reported by the employees in the Engagement Survey sent out last year and the leadership team has committed to work on these. We hold employee townhall calls to help all employees better understand our focuses and priorities. We value all feedback. Thank you for your dedication to GEA.
