Working with complex systems design. Better pay than industry standards. Cool atmosphere with nice people working around you. Less politics(at least not for me) Compliant company. Very good company for women. Added allowances like broadband, phone reimbursement, health insurance, Life insurance etc. large campus with greenery. In campus gym, yoga, aerobics

Cons

Working in old technology.Not much advancement in career growth wrt software engineers( personal opinion which is based on projects ) , others departments are having better work, Yearly Increment is low. Low/ no onsite opportunity.

interesting tech and some interesting colleagues

Cons

- kinda bad management in Romania - no development plan - inequities between pays for similar job - long period of inactivity due to lack of projects - hard to travel due to a sap system that has a lot of flows .. delays in paying your diurne when traveling - you are asked to travel in dangerous countries - there are discrepancies between traveling payment for different persons - not a creative environment - more like a small company thinking - lacks strong leadership the managers don't assume responsibilities and try to blame employees for their failures

Pros

The people I work with are really nice. I'm lucky to have a really good manager who tends to be hands-off, but is willing to fight for me, if I ever ask anything of him.

Cons

The pay is average, career progression isn't that great. Most of the young engineers joining from the Leadership Programs are leaving after their tenure, and nothing is being done about it. It's a big company, so there are a lot of communication inconsistencies.
