Pros
The people I work with are really nice. I'm lucky to have a really good manager who tends to be hands-off, but is willing to fight for me, if I ever ask anything of him.
Cons
The pay is average, career progression isn't that great. Most of the young engineers joining from the Leadership Programs are leaving after their tenure, and nothing is being done about it. It's a big company, so there are a lot of communication inconsistencies.
