Large. As such presumably stable. Not so much now. Flexible, but highly dependent on the manager. Opportunity to move physically and professionally.

Cons

Does not value employee's as they had in the past. Profit is everything. Profit always in the short term. Customer focus also not what it once was.

Great pay and benefits. Nothing else is a pro there. The place sucks.

Cons

Salary employees are treated like slaves. Plan to work 60+ hours a week. The management think they own you and could care less about your life or family. They only care about how much money you can make them. Never recommend any to work here.
