Cons
Gender and racial discrimination, retaliation, harassment, employee abuse and pay disparity. All are tolerated and encouraged. Legitimate "integrity concerns" are completely ignored. The system only exists to retaliate against whistle-blowers. HR and ombuds are just as corrupt.
