      Pros

      Work schedule/location is flexible. The culture values work life balance. Family friendly company.

      Cons

      There's too many layers of senior leadership to ever get anything done. Lots of senior leaders brought on recently, but no support added to the transactional/operational teams. Too many people rotate to new roles every 18 months, no experts, just generalist, which often leads to fire fighting daily.

      Compensation is VERY competitive and constantly monitored for increases in the job market. Employee's are well supported in multiple ways that ensures job satisfaction

      Pros

      They have the desire to improve from where they are, meet customer demands, huge market share of the industry, opportunities internally to move around, awesome products, deep rooted sense of purpose serving both the military and commercial sectors.

      Cons

      Promotions without changing roles are difficult, work life balance is gone, (the term 24/7 is dropped too often for a company that isnt staffed for it), too many leaders in every thing that may cause a delivery delay, celebration for the fire fighters and little focus on how to get out of it, only on how to do more of it. Healthcare is expensive.
