      Good worklife and overall values.

      Cons

      Groups can vary in culture. Some great, some neutral, and some awful. Overall, the business has treated the military side more poorly than the commercial side. Money, events, etc. Title doesn't mean anything; you can be a lower engineer and teaching higher paid "leads or senior" engineers that just got hired and have no transferable skills. Executive management is something else. Company surveys constantly rate their communication skills poor and they skip over it. Or better yet they do address it and say they're not part of it, when executive is literally in their title.
