      Leadership continuing down wrong path!

      Pros

      Site flexibility in schedule and the benefits package seems to be pretty good. Not over the top but it is competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership is not accepting of feedback and has taken a position of just telling you what you are doing. They continue to ask for more production with no change in the process. They encourage miss vouchering to drive lower engine build times. It is concerning the direction this site is going. I would not recommend to work here at the moment. Quality is overlooked and it is all about delivery. Also top out pay is not even close to competitive.

      Work culture has taken a hit recently (going down since last 4-5 years). Compensation is not at par. Growth is very slow.

      Pros

      GE is a good company to work for. Don't require overtime but will pay it. Unlimited PTO is nice and pay is decent.

      Cons

      Design work is mostly in Cincinnati. Boston location doesn't pay what it needs to for COL. Evendale campus is pretty run down. Our offices flooded with sewage the other week.
