Pros

CEO knows he needs to change the culture of the team - flight deck behaviors are a win. He is doing the best he can to reverse decades of poor leadership and business practices.

Cons

The company is not very good at business. Micromanagers at the highest level who can't transition out senior execs chasing individual parts. Not sure there is a strategic bone in the company outside of Larry.
