Pros

Resources are unlimited at GE, so it is easy to find something or someone to help you get the job done.

Cons

The work for co-ops is a little remedial (but thats expected). Many people complain about their jobs and the co-op office had a lot of indecision.

-Technical difficulty keeps it interesting -Company does not pigeon-hole it's employees -Easy people to get along with -People generally work as a team

Cons

-Lower pay then similar positions -Organizational structure is based around how things were done decades ago/ slow to adapt -Bureaucracy seems to be creeping in more each year -Heavily Cincinnati centered
