Good global company to work for. Lots of opportunities if you work hard and know when to take your chances.

Cons

Long hours... You may not be rewarded accordingly. Upper management are not as understanding as they claim to be. They can be pretty harsh.

- Perks of a large company such as the development programs that lead to a free master's degree. - Great all-around benefits.

Cons

-Very specific jobs that only apply to GE Aviation's products.

Not bad, but GE restricts you to GE a bit much

Pros

if you do the EEDP rotation program after the EID program, you can get a masters degree on GE's dollar. excellent perks that a huge company like GE can provide

Cons

it's a bit boring the education is very specific to GE engineering, which is frustrating. This really marginalizes the "free" masters degree. What good is a degree if you only know GE engineering? Based on this point alone, I decided not to come back to GE for fulltime work.
