      Many opportunities to find a career that satisfies your passion. Ability to develop your skill base and flexible to move within. It is results oriented & you have the ability to chart your destination. Ability to work with many highly motivated & knowledgeable people.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is challenging. Strictly measurement and results oriented. Never a feeling of security. Benefits have been reduced comiserate with the economic requirement. No pension to new hires.
