      -stable 40hr work week -overtime available

      Cons

      -favoritism and "compadrismo" is out of control -everyone trying to get each other fired, funny with new "teaming" concept things have gotten worse -management takes every opportunity to screw over employees even though they have no idea what they are doing. -it's about who you know -company policies selectively enforced -throwing money away on cafeteria staff and hiring "leaders" that couldn't lead a bathroom cleaning. -qualified employees get passed over for internal jobs routinely

      The job is secure and seldom do i look for things to do. Fast pace and often stresful, but satisfying.

      Cons

      Large company and you can be lost in the shuffle if you do not "buddy up" to the powers in charge.
