GE Aviation can offer some of the greatest technical challenges to engineers that want to grow technically and grow in leadership qualities.

Cons

GE Aviation continues to participate in the initiative of the year club. Every day you go into work you never know what crazy initiative management will force you into next. Decisions are made without a foundation of common sense and management simply expects the work force to work thru the bad decisions made. Health Benefits are pathetic for a company of this size.
