      There is too much to say about the pros of working for this company!!! Ability to advance in knowledge, understanding Management, caring about their Employees, Culture day events, Volunteering for our community, They are there for you when you need them, constant encouragement, basicallly they make you feel like your part of something big...a star! And really...you are.

      Cons

      There are no Cons to working for GE Aviation. At least none that I know of.
