      Good hours. Flexible. I had excellent managers who took their time to explain things to me when I was an intern.

      If you want to be doing the same thing three years from now, look elsewhere. GE encourages you to stretch your career limits. Prepare to be challenged!

      Cons

      GE is not a good choice if you will be satisfied doing the same job three years from now. They will present you with opportunities to grow beyond your comfort zone. If you ignore enough of them you'll be history!
