      Pros

      Permissive time is great, and there aren't many things cooler than jet engines

      Cons

      Lots of penny pinching these days, and there seems to be lots of decisions being made with a short term, financial mindset. Also, as an engineer, you can't actually touch anything in the shop because of union rules.
