Intense but provide good training.

Cons

They mass hire 10+ at a time and expect 1-2 to make it. Wolf of Wall Street mentality. Working hours 50+ hrs a week with no time in lieu accrued. Not in touch with the need for a work life balance.

Great stylist team on demand

Pros

When i first started at GDS i thought the best thing would be the commission until they brought in a hair stylist to really make you feel fabulous on a Friday. I caught a glimpse of myself on a Friday after work and realised how ridiculously good looking I was. I left my wife and kids for my new profession of phone sales hair modelling. I really now have a zest for life.

Cons

- Sometimes the wind blows and knocks my perm out of line. - Terrible illegal business practices
