- "Bro" like sales culture, everyone drinks on their lunch breaks
- Owner messes with his leadership team, constantly promoting, demoting and changing their titles. No one has a chance to settle in and thrive in their roles. (Just look at some of the leaders LinkedIn pages...)
- They incentivize people to write positive reviews on glass door
- Tanya is fantastic, but unfortunately the owner really doesn't let her make any real change happen
