everything else - management lost sight of how to train sales people and dont offer support when you are struggling

We offer two weeks full time initial training when you are first recruited and ongoing support should be there. cool people, decent office. only options for parking are either risking a ticket or walking 5 blocks in the miami heat.

Cons

practically impossible to come in and make good money. OTE is described as 150k first year and 300k 2nd year. There is no way you will sniff 150k until 5 years. However, most leave within 3-4 months due to the type of work. Terrible benfits.
