Many thanks for your review and its great to hear the people and the work environment were a positive during your time with us. Our sales cycle does involve cold calling as we empower our people to create and develop their own network to allow them to be successful at GDS, as well as establish relationships to last throughout their careers. As as sales function, it is target focused, but with an established commission plan and regular incentives.

Pros

Some of the management are great. Commissions when they are paid properly. Most the lower level sales people are nice.

Cons

Management selling, thus competing against those they should be helping. CRM is useless as 75% of tenured sales people will do as they please. About as cliquey as they can get at management level. Good luck if you’re on the outside. OTE is no where near attainable. High attrition. Unattainable KPIs. Turnover cannot be higher.
