Pros

They absolutely beast you with KPI's and targets to hit, so you've always got challenges ahead. No day is the same day at GDS. If you're headstrong and can dedicate yourself into something, GDS is the perfect start for an aspiring salesman.

Cons

Not ideal for a lazy individual without passion/drive to go above and beyond. What YOU put in, YOU get back out. It's sales :).
