The money. Everybody there now ONLY stays for the money. High base, and decent commission IF you make a sale.
Cons
Everything else. Its all a lie. All of it. - The Titles you see on LinkedIn of all the salespeople? A lie - The good reviews? A lie - The "selling" you have to do? a lie. read a script and pray it works - The OTE? a lie. most don't make it past 6 months. - Even the script you read is a lie. - No CRM system used, so you'll call the same companies as your manager. - Demand gen companies with ZERO demand gen, so good luck. - Training? that is a lie. - out of 40 people, 7 or so make a sale - no background checks,,, red flag - The amount of people that they claim work there? A lie. I don't even know why you lie about that. - No sales ops to help you. - Congratulate you one day, then fire you the next, even if you make sales. - very few actually make sales. its just luck. cold call all day. - Micromanage you to death. turnover is high. -Turnover is so high, new employees aren't even introduced by name LOL. They expect a lot to drop off within months. - I had another guy ask me if the place was a scam. - It's been the same practice for years on end, according to other reviews, I'm not even sure how the place stays in business. - one guy has been in the same position for 4 years. - They will try to berate you. fair warning.
