      GDS genuinely values employee feedback and is open to change. They are not afraid to try new things and are always looking for ways to improve. There is no bureaucracy or internal politics. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Sometimes information and process updates can be siloed or unclear, leading to confusion. Base salary is low when compared to similar roles in the industry.

      Pros

      Working at GDS Group has been a fantastic experience. The culture is great and the leadership at the Miami Beach has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The product is excellent and reflects a deep understanding of market needs. Overall, it’s a great company with a positive work environment.
