No WFH option, needs addressing

While we do not offer WFH we are completely flexible when staff have appointments/childcare concerns etc. Culture is a huge part of GDS Group and we believe that our staff have a far better experience working together in collaboration from the office as opposed to a hybrid/fragmented arrangement. So pleased you're learning new things each day - keep up the hard work and well done!!

- fun coworkers - exciting if you can score

Cons

- managers live off splitting deals with people on their teams. - so many people are “untouchable” - new people are thrown onto teams and expected to be an SDR but if you’re not good immediately you’re ignored by your manager - managers are mean to employees when they ask questions because they are “busy” themselves - hard work life balance as there’s no flexibility in the schedule. - lots of screaming about KPIs but nothing is enforced so it’s a big culture of fear - CRO has no idea what people at the bottom go through everyday and only cares about you when you do a deal

Very social workplace with company events throughout the year, lots of opportunity in my role to work with experienced sales professionals across the US & UK. Good earning potential and a solid management team across the business.

Cons

Could be considered a con to some in that its a fast paced business, other than that, nothing to note.
