I read all these reviews before I started, well aware that there were some bad ones I told myself "these are probably negative people". I was wrong. I worked here for 6 months and hated every second. The whole structure of the company was awful and the personal development was completely lacking. I went in as an extremely decorated and confident salesman but left wondering if I was any good at sales (Which isn't true as I continue to lead teams in achieving high targets). I can remember on the week before I decided to quit from the UK office crying on the phone to my partner and just saying how unhappy I am. The management will shout at you on the big shop floor with everyone present. I have always been taught that when praising you do this in front of everyone but with criticism it has to be done behind closed doors. The ability to travel and earn well sold me this job. Bottom line is this is a playground, not a professional working space. They will leave you wondering what you are worth and I would say only 1 in 10 could survive being in such an awful environment. They benefits are shocking and I really hope this review helps people make the right decision.
