-Great atmosphere on the sales floor -Opportunity to make a lot of money

Cons

They will lure you in with an attractive salary, what looks to be an progressive career opportunity with full training/no experience necessary and attractive benefits & incentives. The training is useless and they won’t invest in you unless you come in and hit the ground running. Very cliquey, no communication between managers and no work/life balance. The list could go on. It’s a miracle anyone makes it to a year at this company. Do not believe the positive reviews, they pay people to write them but if you do decide to work here, be sure to have a back up plan.

None - horrible place to work that genuinely doesn’t care about staff. If you don’t fit in, you get fired and they recruit some more flunkies.

Cons

The whole company is a con job. Don’t be fooled - all these reviews giving positive feedback are written by GDS senior team members trying to get their 3 star rating up. Avoid like the plague.
