      Growing Company with Fair Compensation and Opportunities for Development

      Pros

      My experience at GDS Group has been great. The compensation and commission structure is fair and competitive, and the role itself is fun. It has also been valuable for my professional development, and gives you an opportunity to build skills that will be an asset to any industry/ future endeavours outside of sales. The atmosphere is also collaborative and high energy, with senior staff invested in the progression of more junior members. The CEO literally walks around the department openly on a daily basis and gets to know all the staff personally in the Bristol office. I also noticed that they will not tolerate negative attitudes from staff and after working in my fair share of companies with at least one chronic complainer, really appreciate this. You also get to travel attending events around the US and Europe.

      Cons

      The only thing I would like to see more of is practical hands on training sessions. There is currently an extended training programme which is being rolled out and in early stages, which is great, but would be even better to have more practical sessions. Other than that, no complaints.
