      Young and vibrant workplace with a hard working hard playing attitude. Good pay Fun events inc take me out, gds has got talent and football days etc Great location in queens square Bristol Amazing prize/reward schemes

      Hardcore telesales - good if you have no background in sales and want to learn the basics quickly

      Tough environment, if you do well you'll pick up some good skills along the way that will be transferable to other jobs, but only if you use your head.

      Cons

      Some dubious business practices and the work life balance to succeed and progress within the organisation takes a lot of comitment.

      Pros

      You will meet some great people there, the commissions a re really good. Plenty of opportunity for international travel and international relocation. Having had a not so positive past, they are in the process of transformation and looking to compete.

      Cons

      Expectations can be too excessive. Sometimes use 'old school' sales tricks, which are not as consultative. Borderline boiler room sales floor. You have to stand up most the day and you are told when and when not to use your laptop, which you have to buy because they do not provide computers.
