Most Unprofessional "cowboy" culture you will ever find

easy to get into, no professional interview, you work hard you earn commission, free alcohol during working hours, fun colleagues, no early starts, late nights (other than in the pub), good, even though over-promised, end product

Cons

unprofessional, sexist, racist, bad communication, unfair dismissals, culture of fear, bullying, shouting, "coaching" by yelling at somebody to repeats words from manager when on the phone to clients, you feel guilty for thinking on your own, lying to clients to make offering more attractive, used to sell "print media" but no client ever reported to me to have received it, no proper HR support....
