Very friendly environment with a fantastic social life - a great place to make new friends. The pay packages are pretty good too.

Cons

Some departments do not pay as well, management can be close-minded and sometimes fail to see the bigger picture.

Pros

You will learn alot and gain alot. Working hours are good 8:15 - 16:30. Good scope for progession if you work with honesty and dedication, it will be considered. Also I haven't come across any manager who is as skilled, professional and understanding as Sarah and Nick on MTB. They are an asset to GDS. People are lovely always willing to help out regardless of their busy schedule.

Cons

I didn't come across any negatives during my time there, it's a competitive fast pace work space and you have to keep up with it.

Wall Street. Sounds great to family members, friends, social gatherings. Pay is okay, need to sell to be happy nor stressed.

Cons

Gds, If people were happy with their life's they wouldn't mind helping out their co-workers /new employees. Plays major favoritism.
