Decent money if you're comfortable with lying all the time

The issue with this place is that no one, INCLUDING THE OWNER, has an education past grade school. Think of the movie "Boiler Room" with poor management, drugs, micromanagement and an incompetent Owner/Chairman.

Literally everything else. Micromanaging and all of the management is truly cruel and will look for ways to blame you for their own undoings. Every employee you ask will say the same thing. There is a commission structure but good luck getting anything you are owed, they will do anything in their power not to pay you more money. The turn over right is like 80% and rightfully so. Honestly if you have literally ANY other options, take the other one. You will be asked, hourly, to perform illegal acts such as identity theft.

FUN WORK ENVIRONMENT, GREAT COMPANY CULTURE. Having amazing clients is very rewarding, especially the bigger the company. Loved working here and the people I was able to speak with every day. I had pretty impressive clients and worked hard, honest, and fair to obtain and retain them.
