I can't see any cons from my experience and can personally vouch the company is maturing, particularly with the recent senior hires and the investment in the personal development around the business.

Great product, fantastic teams & people, good vacation - 2 weeks off at Christmas time. Busy atmosphere, good training.

Cons

Can be stressful and high pressured at times, will face rejection.

Pros

Great bunch of people to work with including the management. Currently going through a revamp of the management structure which is massively improving the business strategy.

Cons

Holidays needs to be increased and maybe a bonus scheme introduced to non sales staff basing this on their performance. There is no way for going up the ladder unless they create a role for you.
