Pros

Small work benefits, location, pay.

Cons

Working at the company affected my self-esteem for years after leaving. In my experience, the workplace culture felt toxic and at times patronising, and I personally felt unsupported as a young woman within the environment. I witnessed behaviour that I considered bullying towards other staff members, and I did not feel HR handled concerns appropriately when raised. I also felt aspects of my contract and role expectations were not communicated clearly to me. Despite some minor benefits, the management culture overshadowed the positives for me. High staff turnover was also something I noticed during my time there. Others may have had different experiences, but I would not personally recommend the company to anyone who values a supportive and respectful workplace culture.

Pros

I cannot think of a single one

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked in a very long career. The environment feels like someone found Wolf of Wall Street on Temu. The leadership only values people kissing their backsides. Backstabbing, nepotism, spying, and snitching are all rewarded. Your ideas will not be listened to, you will not be given any freedom, and if you're not part of the clique, you have zero chance of achieving anything here. I've never witnessed a company that expends so much energy massaging the egos of very average employees. A lot of them have only ever worked at this one company, and my god, does it show. It's insane how wonderful they all think they are, giving themselves fake senior sounding job titles, strutting around like ridiculous peacocks. It's hilarious, cringe, and genuinely alarming all at once. Anything you negotiate before joining is completely worthless. These people cannot be trusted. Not just terrible colleagues, but truly awful human beings. They will pressure you to let them control everything you do, and if you push back even slightly, they just fire people as though it's the only way they know how to resolve any kind of conflict. You could literally work anywhere else and be better off than joining this company. Run a mile, then run some more. You have been warned.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your time at the company was so negative and that our culture did not align with your expectations. We take allegations regarding favoritism and communication breakdown very seriously.
