      Pros

      Money in my account-only thing I can think of as a pro but not worth it.

      Cons

      Drug fuelled office environment, treat everyone like they are children, no progression, management think they are so much better. you will become an emotionless person lying all the time. It's not a career, you will backtrack in life.

      Pros

      What really takes this company to the next level is the culture- everyone is positive, up-beat, and friendly, and it feels like one big, diverse family. I LOVE the people I work with, and all the values and goals the company is fueled by.

      Cons

      Aside from their summits, they don't plan that far in advance and can sometimes be cheap (though they have been making some great changes around this)

      Dynamic Sales environment in the centre of Bristol

      Pros

      Great culture, dynamic teams and a growing leadership team makes this company a great company to work for. GDS has the unique feel of a start up, yet with a great historic legacy. It has a high performance bar so is more suited to sales people who are driven, focussed and action orientated. It has a fantastic product that continues to evolve.

      Cons

      In a fast paced environment sometimes we need to let our more inexperienced staff time to catch up.

      Thank you for your positive feedback. We are aware that at times our pace can be fast and as such have implemented a new training program. The trainer now keeps the training group for an extra month as a 'team' so that there is always support to hand. Only once this is completed do our new starters join their individual teams. We don't want to leave anyone behind! If you have any further recommendations for improvement please don't hesitate to contact the HR/Recruitment team.
