Good salary and commission. If you work hard and want to, there are opportunities to progress. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Stressy environment. Direction changes almost day by day depending on who thinks they're in charge. Poor work-life balance (I received emails and text messages outside of working hours asking me to do urgent stuff often). Your hours can often change the day before and you have no say. If you are unhappy about something, management would say you can leave instead of trying to resolve the issue. A strong blame culture where people don't take responsibility for their mistakes but rather point fingers. This is because the company is run by fear and people get demoted or fired often.

Pros

Great office environment and colleagues - I wouldn't say it was your average sales floor. The training is excellent upon arrival and is continued throughout. You get rewarded for working hard and there are always people around to ask for help and guidance. You do need to be motivated, but I think the company is fab.

Cons

Be prepared to work a lot off your own back. The more you put in, the more you will get out. Also be prepared to be quite flexible.

Great Location Great Salary and Commision Good colleagues

Cons

The sales process they make you use is based on one mans success who is selling a totally different product to 95% off the sales floor. The CEO Tanya will ignore you if you say hello unless you have a Alcohol or substance abuse problem and can be pushy and rude.

We have no-one in the Bristol business who has been in a BDA role for 1-2 years (as at Sept 17th) therefore this has to be fake. Not cool. Tanya
