- Great salary package compared to other places in Bristol - Social company (quarterly events, summer and Christmas parties) - For those willing to put in the time and effort - there are lots of opportunities to impress the leadership team and make an impression on the business

Cons

- no hybrid working: Would be nice to have at least 1 day a week working from home
