Pros

Location is set in a nice part of bristol

Cons

Avoid this company. It's full of people with either fake names or fake job roles. They hire and fire on a batch basis and if you are lucky you might survive the chop. However if you don't hammer the phone non stop and don't get on the right side of certain people you have no chance of survival. They sack people after a matter of weeks. I'm not joking. The company pitches digital disruption at you but ultimately half the staff can't even spell digital. There is a plethora of different events all full with delegates with active projects. Supposedly. Yet if you speak to sponsors you will soon realise these active projects are just nonsense. If you value your career and don't want to work in the boiler room do not join this business. If you enjoy vulgar language, amateurish management and a mis-sold service then by all means jump right in. If you do join then ask why half the staff have fake names

I regret that your experience with us has not met your expectations. The Sales environment is both dynamic and energetic. We pride ourselves in a talent proposition of building the capability of graduates and giving them the opportunity to develop into excellent Sales Managers. Unlike some larger organisations we like to promote from within, creating greater opportunities for advancement of career. Our sales process relies on several techniques. Great prospecting means that we do not only use social media channels and face-to-face but we also use phone based as a means of connecting with our customers on a personal level. Great sales people do not only rely exclusively on passive connections. I realise that for some individuals that this is not their preferred means of prospecting and therefore these individuals I regret would not be a good fit for our organization. Our success criteria and the performance objectives during probation are high, which has allowed us to ensure we attract and retain the right talent to continue to grow our organization. We make these clear during induction, training and ongoing coaching with your team leaders. We believe in an authentic and ongoing relationship with our customers and our retention is extremely good. We are keen to learn from previous employment experience and I would urge you to contact me directly to discuss further.
