Great company culture and office environment - everyone has a work hard, play hard mentality Potential to earn a lot of commission depending on how hard you work Opportunity to travel and meet C-level executives is great and invaluable - you get to expand your network and knowledge on many different industries You get to collaborate with the teams in the UK and Miami

Communication between management and employees could be better, but they have made improvements, which will positively impact the environment

Pros

Great culture, dynamic teams and a growing leadership team makes this company a great company to work for. GDS has the unique feel of a start up, yet with a great historic legacy. It has a high performance bar so is more suited to sales people who are driven, focussed and action orientated. It has a fantastic product that continues to evolve.

Cons

In a fast paced environment sometimes we need to let our more inexperienced staff time to catch up.

Thank you for your positive feedback. We are aware that at times our pace can be fast and as such have implemented a new training program. The trainer now keeps the training group for an extra month as a 'team' so that there is always support to hand. Only once this is completed do our new starters join their individual teams. We don't want to leave anyone behind! If you have any further recommendations for improvement please don't hesitate to contact the HR/Recruitment team.
