Thank you for sharing. We're glad you are enjoying the company and culture, and we are constantly thinking of new ways to reward, incentivize and promote our staff. Unfortunately we do not offer remote opportunities as this affects team balance and culture; the growth we have recoded over the past 2 years would not have been possible to manage in a remote, fragmented team environment, however we will certainly look into this as a consideration for the next few years and how Hybrid models may work. While its encouraging to know we have a diverse workforce, its sad you were unable to make the most of the career progression pathways on offer. We have implemented a Sales Excellence programme for aspiring DSE's to learn about commercial sales, value selling and much more. Once completed, you are equipped to move into the Sponsorship sales team.
