A big mistake...

Friendly and supportive but not always genuine - hidden agendas.

Cons

Toxic management - 'yes man' mentality rewarded, creating a 'false' and fearful environment . Asked to perform duties that go against moral and ethical values. Clear silos in place and senior management being told what they want to hear not what they need to hear - a culture of fear.
