A welcoming start - (start May 2022)

- Upon arrival, we were welcomed into small 'pods' which which although not containing many 'older' employees, consisted of some more experienced employees and some completely new starters. This was shows the thought that GDS group and Jugo put into their new starters and how they make it so there is always someone to turn to for any issues from technique to just the general 'settling in process' worries. - Despite only being here a short time, we are continuously emerged in training opportunities and different opportunities to be on the front line to become as knowledgeable as you'd like. - GDS and Jugo foster a fun, collaborative, social culture reflecting Bristol as a youthful, modern city - allowing everyone to bond both in and out of work

Cons

- Although supported ,the work at Jugo can occasionally be a little unnerving initially, when first starting to reach out to the bigger names within industries

Pros

Good pay and perks. First week I worked there sales people were being chosen to go to chamonix for the week.

Cons

High pressure environment. Communication does not exist in this company. Training does not exist. Value does not exist. Even though they talk about it all the time.

I am sorry to read you were not able to take advantage of the training we offer, 2 weeks full time training for every new starter, ongoing training/ support from managers and the the opportunity to take part in a six week sales excellence training course.
