      Pros

      Sales training: some of the best sales training you'll receive in hindsight - boiler room environment. Great for recent grads looking for baseline sales experience but don't stay here too long or you'll get stuck

      Cons

      Company culture is just drinking Con artist sales pitch - they encourage you to lie / do anything to get the deal done No flexible working

      Thanks for taking the time to write a review, it was so positive to read you have gained some great professional sales training during your over three years at GDS, as I am sure you are aware, sales can be a very challenging and competitive environment, especially working with the high level companies we do. To acknowledge your point on "just drinking", lots of great friendships have been formed here at GDS, it can be very social for those who enjoy a night out, team activities, days out etc, I am sorry to hear that wasn't for you and haven taken your comments on board. I do hope during your 3-4 years with us at GDS you have gained some constructive experience you can move forward with into your new role.       Good atmosphere, unity work, friendly atmosphere

      Cons

      You get very good exposure of one company but couldn't get exposure of the whole industry. Your network in industry is very limited to one company.
