Pros

The job is simple and doesn’t require much mental effort. The studio team members are genuinely nice and supportive. While the company management has a poor reputation, that doesn’t really trickle down to the studio team since they’re fairly isolated from the rest of the company.

Cons

The pay is low, and management is notoriously stingy when it comes to raises or resources. The work itself is repetitive and dull, mostly B2B summits. Once you learn the basics, every day feels the same: just clicking buttons and doing the same easy tasks over and over.
