Pros

- Lots of focus on delivering quality products and services - pulling together to make them the best they can be. - The people are great - top of their game and good fun. - Really good atmosphere in the office - nice work culture, the company rewards well for our hard work (prizes, team days out etc). - Seems like they're trying to improve processes - HR, internal communication etc

Cons

- They don't suffer fools gladly so if you're not prepared to work hard, don't bother applying! - Things change often so you need to be adaptable.

If you're a top seller you make good commission. No Job security though unless you're well connected.

Cons

Cold calling all day long. They expect you to get all your own leads too. No marketing internally.

Fantasic oppourtunity for progression, very well paid if you put the effort in, a brilliant dynamic enviroment. Wish I didn't have to relocate!!!

Cons

Not really a down side, but as said before a fast paced dynamic enviroment. You have to be target drive and enthusiatic.
