No work life balance. Nothing to new. GDC -Javelin is the worst place to work. Maximum time bug fixing only. For new improvement give only 2.5 days to deliver in production. No quality work. No transparency. No trust. No proper knowledge transfer. No technical support if you have not expertise at that level (except 1% people). No technical and good architect. management is ruin the developer,QA, and the product(Javelin). Iteration rate are high (every month 1-4 employee). HR policy only for organization not for their employee. If you want to buy-out they will charged even for 1 hour with you. They will ask you overtime and will not provide any type of facility. Most of the 24*7 work timing, if you denied then management will look you as ..... No work appreciation, who really do work hard and tried to closed the complete ticket. Management give good appreciation only those who are puppet and sit in their cabin maximum time for showoff only. And many more..(ask more from former or current employee in LinkedIn)

Illiterate branch managers with no exposure how to behave. Manager abuse you or fire you if you do not agree with them. No learning environment. Worst office culture. Unskilled, rude and biased HR. Poor performance appraisal.
